REFUND & RETURN POLICY
14-DAY RETURN POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return and receive a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
You must provide the receipt, invoice, or proof of purchase.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
To start a return, you can submit a request directly through your customer account:

Log in to your customer account on our online store.
Select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return, and click Request Return.
Select the specific items, choose a reason for the return, and submit.

If your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Customer Responsibility: Except in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect items, the customer is responsible for paying all return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In these instances, CALLE00 will cover the cost of return shipping.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

REFUNDS & PROCESSING
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved:

You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Typically, refunds appear in your account within 5 to 10 business days after approval.
