SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Note: During high-volume collection drops, processing times may take up to 5 business days. We appreciate your patience as we ensure the highest quality preparation for your garments.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (SPAIN)
We ship nationwide across Spain, including the Peninsula, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla.
Peninsula (Standard): 2 to 4 business days. Free shipping on orders over €80 (otherwise a flat rate of €4.95 applies).
Peninsula (Express): 1 to 2 business days. Flat rate of €7.95.
Islands, Ceuta & Melilla: 3 to 7 business days. Flat rate of €9.95.
EUROPEAN UNION (EU) SHIPPING
We ship to all countries within the European Union.
EU Standard Shipping: 3 to 7 business days. Flat rate of €12.95. Free shipping on EU orders over €150.
Deliveries within the EU are not subject to customs duties or import taxes.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (REST OF WORLD)
We offer international shipping to selected countries outside the EU.
International Shipping: 7 to 15 business days. Flat rate of €24.95.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. CALLE00 is not responsible for these charges if they are applied; they are the responsibility of the customer.
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.
